Talabat Menu refers to the website and mobile app operated by Talabat Menu, LLC.

User refers to any individual who uses Talabat Menu.

Content refers to all information, data, text, images, audio, video, and other materials that are available on Talabat Menu.

By using Talabat Menu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to use Talabat Menu.

Talabat Menu is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use Talabat Menu for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use Talabat Menu to infringe on the rights of others.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Talabat Menu with respect to Talabat Menu and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

These Terms and Conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
